Delivery Information

Delivery terms version 2026-09. Last updated 7 September 2026.

We deliver across the UK from our warehouse in Harlow, Essex. The options shown at checkout depend on the size of your order and your delivery postcode. All timings below are working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) and are estimates, not guarantees.

Delivery options

  • Courier (Eco): 2 to 3 working days after despatch. Parcel delivery by courier, no access restrictions. The courier sends tracking updates by text or email.
  • Premium courier: 1 to 2 working days after despatch. Mainland UK and most of Scotland and Wales.
  • Pallet delivery: for larger orders (from 20 cases). 1 to 3 working days after despatch, all-day delivery window. See the pallet conditions below.
  • Timed pallet delivery (AM or PM): a morning or afternoon window for an extra charge, subject to haulier availability. See Timed delivery.
  • Collection: free from Unit 6 Mayfields Farm, Sheering Road, Harlow CM17 0JP during business hours. We email you when the order is ready.

Despatch

We aim to despatch orders within one working day of payment clearing, stock permitting. We email you when your order leaves us; delivery estimates run from that point, not from the moment you order.

Pallet deliveries: what you need to know

  • Kerbside only. The driver delivers to the kerb or the nearest safe hard-standing. Drivers do not carry goods inside, upstairs or across gravel, grass or steps.
  • Vehicle access. Your address must be accessible to an 18-tonne lorry. If there are narrow lanes, weight or height limits, or the delivery point is a residential street, tell us before you order. A smaller vehicle can sometimes be arranged at extra cost.
  • All-day window. Standard pallet deliveries arrive at any time between roughly 8am and 6pm on the delivery day. We cannot give a time for a standard pallet delivery; use the timed option if you need one.
  • Someone must be there. An adult must be available for the whole window to accept the goods, check them and sign the driver's paperwork.
  • Check on arrival. Count the cases and note any shortages or damage on the delivery note before signing. Claims are much harder to resolve once a clean signature has been given.
  • Pallet disposal is the customer's responsibility; the driver does not take pallets or packaging away.

Failed deliveries and re-delivery charges

If nobody is available to accept the goods, the address cannot be reached by the vehicle, or the delivery is refused, the haulier charges for the failed attempt and for the re-delivery or the return of the goods to us. These are the haulier's own charges, set by the haulier and outside our control. We pass them on to you at cost, tell you the amount before a re-delivery is booked, and the charge must be paid before the goods go out again. Orders that are returned to us because of a failed delivery are refunded less the haulier's charges.

Timed delivery (AM or PM)

  • For pallet orders you can choose Timed Pallet Delivery - AM (before 12 noon) or PM (12 noon to 5pm) at checkout. The surcharge is shown with the option.
  • Timed slots depend on the haulier's availability for your postcode and date. We ask the haulier for the slot and do our best to secure it, but we cannot guarantee that the goods will arrive within the requested window. Arrival times remain in the haulier's hands.
  • If the haulier cannot offer the slot you chose, we contact you before despatch to agree an alternative.
  • Other requirements, such as a specific day, a booking-in reference or a delivery to a goods-in bay with set hours, are available on request. Call us on 01279 426197 before you order so we can quote and arrange it.

Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands

Pallet rates for BT postcodes are shown at checkout. Some remote postcodes take longer or need a quote; we contact you if that applies to your order.

Business and trade accounts

When you apply for a business account you confirm that you have read and accept these delivery terms. We record the date, time and version of the terms accepted with your account. Business purchases are business-to-business transactions and the consumer cancellation rights in the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 do not apply to them.

Consumers

Nothing on this page affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Delivery times are estimates. Re-delivery charges are only passed on where a delivery fails for a reason within your control, such as nobody being available on an agreed delivery day or an incorrect address being supplied.
